Custom Orders
How do custom orders work?
Choose your product, upload your artwork or enter your text, and place your order. Our designers prepare your design and ensure it’s production-ready. If we have questions or need clarification, we’ll reach out.
Do I need artwork ready before ordering?
Not necessarily. If you have something close, upload it. If you’re unsure or don’t have artwork yet, contact us and we’ll help you figure it out.
What file types do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, and AI files. High-resolution images produce the best results.
Can you help clean up or adjust my design?
Yes. Basic cleanup and formatting are part of what we do. If a design needs major work, we’ll contact you before moving forward.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make my order?
Most orders take 3–5 business days to produce before shipping.
How do you ship orders?
We ship using UPS Ground.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking link. You can also track directly at ups.com.
Returns & Support
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
Do you accept returns on custom items?
Because many items are custom-made, returns aren’t always possible — but customer satisfaction matters to us. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll work with you on a fair solution.
